About
TutorStand is a free math tutoring service for middle and elementary school students. We were founded by high school students in Portland, Oregon who realized that the pandemic and the lack of in-person school were creating incredible burdens on students and their families. TutorStand is a network of high school tutors throughout the United States who love math and are available to provide entirely free math tutoring service to students. At TutorStand, we know how hard navigating school can be, and we are excited to help!
How it works
Using TutorStand is easy. Once you create and login to your account, you will be able to schedule an appointment with a tutor. To schedule all you need to do is go to the scheduling page and look for available time slots. After you select a tutor, you will receive a confirmation email that you are scheduled. Your tutor will reach out to you via email with the information to a google hangout for your tutoring session, so make sure to check your email! If there are any problems with your tutor getting in contact with you, feel free to email us at support@tutorstand.org.
